Managing Director and Growth & Development Director, a brother-sister duo from Gwinnett County, bring 27 years of combined experience to the firm. Their collaboration has built a thriving practice dedicated to guiding and mentoring new financial representatives to long-term success. We hold all new advisors to the highest standards, emphasizing the achievement of Pacesetter 1st 40, a benchmark that places new advisors in the Top 10% nationwide. Our Launch Accelerator Program offers new advisors the opportunity to earn up to $16,000 in extra incentives during their first year, setting the stage for a strong financial foundation. Our local office provides comprehensive support, including a dedicated Planning Team, Chief Marketing Officer, and investment exam resources such as tutoring and sponsorship for CFP certification. Shannon Wiley - Managing Director:

  • Previous experience? Started right out of college with a BBA degree. Shannon saw herself at NM, leading a team, with a clear vision.
  • Passionate about? Family over everything! Loves working out at Orange Theory and living clean. Favorite destination is Italy. An avid golfer, started lessons 2 years ago, and enjoys traveling the US.
Rich Wiley - Financial Advisor and Growth & Development Director:
  • How long with NM? 17 years, brother to Shannon Wiley
  • Previous experience? Former client of NM and a Loan Originator in the Mortgage Industry. Chose to pursue a career at NM to stay connected with his community and family roots. Played college baseball.
  • Passionate about? Faith, family, and country. Married to Jill with three boys: David plays college baseball at Wofford, Nick is in freight logistics sales, and Zachary is chasing his biggest Scottie Scheffler dreams through high school golf. A big sports family.
Key Responsibilities of a Financial Advisor:
  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their financial goals, aspirations, and concerns.
  • Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans that include investments, insurance, and retirement.
  • Insurance Solutions: Recommend and implement insurance strategies to protect clients' assets and income.
  • Ongoing Support: Monitor clients' financial plans and provide regular updates, adjusting strategies as needed to meet changing circumstances.
  • Networking: Build and maintain a network of clients through referrals, community involvement, and professional associations.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in financial services or insurance is not required.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Licenses: Obtain necessary licenses, such as Series 6, 63, and state insurance licenses (training and sponsorship available).
